Quotes & Estimates
Quotes and estimates are provided for planning purposes and are not final until confirmed in a written agreement. Pricing may change if the scope of work changes.
Payment
Payment terms – including deposits, milestones, and any monthly build-and-host plans – are set out in your project agreement. Fees are due as invoiced. Late or missed payments may result in paused work or suspended services.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide the content, materials, approvals, and access we reasonably need to complete your project in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party components (such as themes, plugins, fonts, and stock assets) which remain subject to their own licenses. We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
Third-Party Services
Our work may rely on third-party platforms and services (e.g., hosting, plugins, CRM, analytics). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of those third parties.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific results, including search rankings, traffic, or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability

Termination
Either party may terminate a project as described in the applicable project agreement. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
