What we did, and why.
We built a property website that features available apartments with photos and details, and lets potential tenants sign up directly for a unit online, cutting down on phone tag, reducing the time units sit vacant, and putting Forrest Cove in front of renters actively searching online. Online inquiries increased 90%.
