The Challenge

The problem we were asked to solve.

POS Taxes is a tax and accounting office based out of Hollywood, FL with three generations of history, from Cuba to the USA, providing friendly bilingual service to individuals and businesses. As they grew, managing clients manually became unsustainable. They needed a system that matched the professionalism of the service they were delivering.

Our Approach

What we did, and why.

We updated their company branding and website, then built a fully custom client/staff/owner dashboard with English/Spanish language switching, Zoho integration, automated billing, text messaging, and online newsletter campaigns. The portal handles taxes, billing, document management, and client communication, the whole operation in one system. 100% of billing is now automated.
